In Venezuela having ‘Un Pollo’ (making reference to eating rotisserie chicken) is a family celebration for any occasion. It evokes that beautiful memory of when you got together with loved ones and shared this dish while having a wonderful time. Our goal is to create this experience here in Miami.
After trying more than 20 of her creations, the final taste bud dance and magical flashback are represented by Chef Lisseth’s unique ‘Pollo en Brasa’ recipe that we serve at Un Pollo.

The food here is amazing! It's probably my favorite food spot inside of Doral Yard.
The meats are all perfectly cooked and so flavorful. Their sauces are also amazing. I always get the parillada for 2 to share and it's so filling and super well priced!
Their lemonade was really good as well, it's not too sweet and super enjoyable.
The staff is super nice and the food comes out fresh, hot, and delicious! Highly recommend.

He pedido por la app uber eats y no me ha defraudado el pollo es realmente exquisito, las salsas deliciosas y las hallaquitas valen cada centavo, la presentacion y en envase de aluminio en el cual viene el pollo es practico y conserva el calor, espero visitarlos en su sucursal muy muy pronto!!!!!

The BBQ for 2 was very good. The chicken breast was a little dry, but the other piece of chicken was very good. Very friendly staff.
